Camp Description

Individual Skills Camp: All individual skills of volleyball and some team concepts will be instructed during the camp by professional staff and collegiate level athletes. Our large staff offers a low coach to athlete ratio (1/6) for lots of individual feedback. Each camper will be evaluated according to physical ability and level of skill at the beginning of the camp. Campers will be grouped into squads of similar level and ability for practices for optimal competition and sense of unity. Each camper will go home with a written evaluation. Sessions are designed to provide high repetitions of skills with built-in physical conditioning.

Team Camp: This camp will provide varsity and junior varsity teams the opportunity to bond and train as a team with the assistance our our coaching staff. Team will participate in individual skill drills, team wash drills, scrimmages and have the opportunity for a university staff member to work with your specific team needs. Most of the camp will be dedicated to team play.
